Packaging
After pasteurisation the bottles are conveyed to the labeller where the label is applied and the date code ink jetted onto the neck of the bottle.

The bottles then go to a tray loading machine where a cardboard tray is formed round 12 bottles.
The tray of bottles is the shrink wrapped. This involves passing a loose sleeve of plastic film round the pack and then passing it through a heat tunnel which shrinks the plastic onto the pack creating a firm block of 12 bottles.
The shrink wrapped trays are collated automatically by a palletiser onto pallets holding 80 trays of beer.

Finally the pallet is wrapped in a sleeve of cling film and despatched to the brewery.
